Hearse Build before and after

Some builds start with a plan. This one started with a hearse that looked like it had been buried once and dug back up.

The Asylum needed a hearse. Not a nice one — a haunted one. The kind that makes people slow down when it rolls past. So we found the worst hearse we could and rebuilt it.

/ The Before

This is where it started. Rough, tired, and one pothole from the scrap yard. Perfect starting material.

/ The After

And this is where it ended up. New paint, new details, all the character kept and all the wrong fixed. It reads as a hearse that's been around for decades and should be avoided at night.

Before and after shots don't lie. The difference is a season of work — and it's the kind of work that shows up in every photo.

Until the next run out — work hard, play hard.
