Sometimes you just need to do something different. So we drove all the way across Florida, trailered the Fishpro Apex to the Atlantic side, and did something a little unusual: deep sea fishing from a jetski.
The Drive
Long drive across the state — but absolutely worth it for the experience. Different coast, different water, different fishery. It's a reminder that the wandering doesn't have to be limited to one ocean.
25 Miles Out, 300 Feet Down
We ran about 25 miles offshore to get to 300 feet of water — real deep sea territory. The Fishpro Apex made the run without breaking a sweat, and the water out there is a completely different world from the Gulf side. Clearer, deeper, bluer.

The Experience
Deep sea fishing off a PWC is a whole different kind of adventure. You're exposed to the elements in a way a big sportfisher never gives you — every swell, every breeze, every pull on the line. It's fishing at its most raw.
Worth It
Long drive. Worth it for the experience. Something different, and exactly the kind of trip that keeps the wanderlust alive.
